She was born to an Italian father and to a mother of Ghanaian and Polish descent.On 18 November 2019, Paolini reached her best singles ranking of world No. 96. On 8 April 2019, she peaked at No. 559 in the doubles rankings. She has won eight singles titles and one doubles title on the ITF Women's Circuit so far.
