A massive fire broke out inside the Naval Dockyard near Gateway of India in south Mumbai on Thursday night. According to preliminary information, the blaze started at around 10.15 pm at waste stockyards within the Naval Dockyard premises. "The blaze was quickly brought under control by Naval fire tenders, who responded swiftly to the incident," a Naval spokesperson said. Officials confirmed that there were no casualties and no injuries have been reported. Sources said that the waste stockyards are located diagonally opposite the Gateway of India in Colaba, one of the city's prominent landmarks.
